ENG 3860J Memoir Workshop
Designed as a process-oriented workshop on memoir writing, the course explores the differences between memoir and autobiography writing. It also examines strategies for memoir-writing, the creative process underlying the genre, and the contexts in which the contemporary memoir has emerged. Enrollment is limited to 15 students. Fulfills the Humanistic Perspectives requirement for Gen Ed. (Previously NJCU Course ENGL-386)
