MKT 3800 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) IN MARKETING

This course introduces students to the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing, the tools marketers use to leverage its transformative abilities and its impact on marketing strategies and strategic decision-making. This course will also examine the ethical implications of using AI in marketing including addressing data privacy, algorithmic bias and transparency concerns. Through case study analyses, applied assignments and team-based projects, students will gain hands-on experience using, evaluating, and implementing AI-driven marketing solutions.
