MATH 4100J History of Math
This course is an introduction to the development of major mathematical ideas and concepts over the centuries. It is a historical narrative. Students will concentrate on related problems and their applications, providing them with valuable information in business, science, education, and research. A knowledge of the rudiments of mathematics through calculus would be desirable for the course. (Previously NJCU Course MATH-410)
