HIST 2290J The Long 1960s: A History
In this course students will engage with the turbulent history of the long 1960s, beginning with the Cuban Revolution and JFK, and concluding with Richard Nixon and America's failure in Vietnam. Students will analyze the Civil Rights movement, counterculture, environmentalism, popular culture, politics, youth protest, women's history, and lesbian/gay history. (Previously NJCU Course HIST-229)
