The focus of this study is the nations of the Caribbean Basin, with emphasis on Mexico and the Spanish-speaking islands (Cuba, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico). Central America is also considered; with emphasis on the long-range implications for U.S. policy. (Previously NJCU Course POLI-210)
