MS 4100 Military Management
Designed to explore the legal aspects of moral decision making and ethical leadership. Cadets learn to explore leadership theories that foster an ethical behavior and command climate, develop confidence and leadership competencies, recognize leader responsibility to accommodate subordinate spiritual needs, and apply principles and techniques of effective written and oral communication.
