MS 3020 Leadership Practices II
Presents increasingly intense situational leadership challenges to build student awareness and skills in leading small teams of people. Students explore, evaluate, and develop skills in decision-making, persuading, and motivating team members across a full spectrum of military, corporate, and civic operations. Apply principles and techniques of effective written and oral communication.
