MGS 2360J Business Organizations & Trans

This course provides the student with an advanced understanding of business law. Topics include creditors' rights, bankruptcy and reorganization, law of agency, forms of business organizations, personal property, and accountant liability. Business ethical issues and controversies are discussed throughout the semester. (Previously NJCU Course MGMT-236)
