HON 1050 Local Lives, Global Issues
With two broad objectives, this Social Sciences course a) overviews local and global issues (migration, diversity, globalization, borders, nationalism, etc.) and b) introduces major disciplines and their scientific approach to study societal phenomena. Field trips will allow students to identify off-campus resources and connect academic course work with practical applications. (Previously NJCU Course HON-105)
