PSY 5050J Intro To Counseling

The work of the counselor in a variety of settings is examined. The history, philosophy, principles, and systems of individual and group counseling are explored. Local resources and community agencies are identified. Selected counseling theories and intervention strategies are discussed with reference to actual case material. (Previously NJCU Course PSYC-605)
