EMSE 5220J Intro. to Middle Level Educa

This course prepares graduate students to teach in grades 5-8, and is focused on understanding the development characteristics of the 10 to 14 year old in order to teach them effectively. Participants learn to create learning activities responsive to the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social needs of early adolescents. (Previously NJCU Course EDU-622)
