MUS 3000 TEACHING MUSIC TO STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN K-12 SETTINGS

This course will evaluate music activities, materials, and technologies for teaching students with special needs across K–12 music settings. Students will develop learning goals, construct assessment plans, and design inclusive strategies using differentiation and Universal Design. They will implement modifications and accommodations through a service-learning project.
