NURS 6010J Theory Development
This course explores the historical development of nursing knowledge, nursing theory and philosophical underpinnings in the arenas of evidence based practice, education, administration, and research. Nursing theories are explored for content, utility, and testability. Concept development is explored in the context of theory generation. Future directions for nursing theory development are investigated. (Previously NJCU Course NURS-601)
