This course addresses business and personal risk management, insurance theory, legal risk principles; insurance contracts; social insurance; insurance companies and markets; insurance pricing, taxation and regulation. The student learns how to determine life, long-term care and disability income insurance needs and recognize risks that can be reduced by insurance. (Previously NJCU Course FINC-672)
