MLS 4878 MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE CLINICAL PRECEPTORSHIP II
The course is offered at an affiliated Clinical Laboratory Science program. This is a second semester of the clinical preceptorship in Clinical Laboratory Science. It includes instruction and clinical practice in clinical biochemistry, medical microbiology, clinical microscopy, hematology, immunohematology, immunoserology, management, records, instrumentation, radioisotopes, and ethics. Requirements: declared major status in Clinical Laboratory Science, acceptance by an affiliated program in Clinical Laboratory Science and consultation with the Coordinator of Clinical Laboratory Science. Students should be prepared to take MLS 4877 Fall semester and MLS 4878 Spring semester.
