MGS 3060 AI APPLICATIONS IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
This course explores the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) in modern Human Resource Management in organizations. Students will learn how to design and apply AI-driven tools to optimize core HR functions, including recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Through hands-on projects and case studies, participants will gain experience in developing intelligent HR applications such as resume screening bots, interview assistants, predictive performance analytics, and AI-based feedback systems. The course emphasizes ethical, fair, and data-driven decision-making in HRM, preparing students to integrate emerging AI technologies into real-world HR practices effectively in today’s AI era.
