IST 1903 RESEARCH METHODS
This course introduces students to the process of scientific inquiry and research engagement. Students will explore various research opportunities and methodologies, preparing them to participate in authentic research experiences early in their academic careers. The course emphasizes critical thinking, research design, and problem-solving, encouraging students to connect with faculty-led research initiatives that align with their interests. Whenever possible, Kean faculty will present their ongoing research and discuss available opportunities through the Research First Initiative and other academic programs.
