IDLAS 4103 LATIN AMERICAN STUDIES SPECIAL TOPICS
This course offers an in-depth study of specific topics in Latin American Studies not comprehensively covered in other advanced courses. Topics, announced by the Latin American Studies Program Coordinator, may include migration, race and ethnicity, indigenous rights, U.S.–Latin American relations, cultural identity, democracy and human rights, or Latin American literature and arts. Students may earn credit multiple times if a different topic is explored each time.
Note: Course can be repeated twice for 6 credits (same section and title only for grade-recalculation, different section and title for additional credits); Course can be cross-listed.
