IDHC 3293 HEALTH COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP
Career-related placement at an organization, business, or nonprofit entity related to health communication. The internship provides students with first-hand training, workplace exposure, and practical application of their knowledge and skills.
Note: Assignments and placements are arranged by the Office of Career Services and must be approved by the Health Communications minor coordinator. Course can be offered as a Travellearn for groups doing internships abroad or out of state.
Prerequisite
Approved Petition Required via an Experiential Learning Agreement in Handshake/College Central. See your Career Advisor for assistance. May be repeated for 3 credits total, if eligible. Can be used for Travellearn.
