Study of a particular area or topic not covered comprehensively in another advanced (3000 or 4000 level) Environmental Justice Minor course. A student may receive credit more than once for IDEJ special topics if a different topic is covered each time. Topics will vary and are to be announced by the coordinator. Topics might focus for example on the equitable treatment of all communities in environmental decision-making, climate justice, environmental racism, and health impacts on marginalized communities.
