EXSC 3520 EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

This course examines the acute and chronic adaptive physiological responses of the human body to physical activity. It provides practical instruction in assessing and evaluating various aspects of fitness, including muscular strength, anaerobic and aerobic endurance, cardiovascular health, respiratory function, flexibility, and body composition.
