EXSC 2900 BIOMECHANICS AND MOTOR LEARNING
This course examines the basic developmental principles and theories of human growth development and motor behavior across the lifespan, as well as fundamental mechanical principles in the process of movement production. Analysis of human movement in terms of biomechanics and muscular anatomy will apply kinematic and kinetic principles to performance outcomes.
Laboratory exercises are surveyed to identify factors affecting learning and performance of motor skills.
