ENV 1000 INTRODUCTION TO ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE

An issue-based introduction to the environment as an interactive system where solutions are created through an interdisciplinary approach connected to the diverse scientific fields of biology, chemistry, geology, hydrology, atmospheric science, and geography. Processes of modeling, predicting, sampling, mapping, and analysis are explored. This course is a major requirement for students in the Dorothy and George Hennings College of Science, Mathematics and Technology. Credit cannot be given for both ENV*1000 & ENV*1100.
