BLA 3299 KEAN CAREER ACCELERATOR COURSE
This 15-week course is designed to develop career readiness skills essential for success in employment or graduate study. These skills include Career Navigation, Communication, Organization, Leadership, Teamwork, and Problem Solving. The course is structured into three components: Design Your Career, which focuses on identifying personal leadership assets, engaging in career exploration, and defining a path toward a chosen career; Launch Your Career, which emphasizes building a professional portfolio and developing networking and interview skills; and Capstone Challenge, in which students collaborate with their cohort to address a real-world workplace challenge.
Prerequisite
Students must have completed at least 25 credits and no more than 80 credits, with a GPA of no less than 2.0.
