BIO 1201 ESSENTIALS OF FOOD SCIENCE

An introduction to food science, including food components, safety, quality assurance and policy. Provides background information for students in two interdisciplinary minors: Nutrition and Food Policy. May not be used for major credits toward graduation by biology majors.
