GD 1050 DIGITAL DESIGN FOUNDATIONS
A studio course providing an introduction to drawing, type, image editing, and image creation software. The course provides the foundation skills for using graphics software as a tool for visualizing and creative problem-solving in design. Lectures and studio projects in design fundamentals (elements and principles) and basic image creation. A personal laptop and Adobe Creative Cloud software subscription are required. Field trips, the Thinking Creatively conference, and supply fees apply.
