ENV 4450 CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE

This course explores principles and perspectives of climate justice, focusing on the socio-political dimensions of climate change, analyzing global responsibilities, vulnerabilities, and the dynamics of grassroots and policy-driven strategies to achieve equitable social and environmental outcomes in urban settings. This course counts as a major elective for students in the Department of Environmental and Sustainability Sciences and as the major capstone course for students minoring in Environmental Justice. Students cannot be awarded credit for both ENV 5750 and ENV 4450
