BIO 3315L PRINCIPLES OF MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY

This laboratory course introduces students to procedures for handling microbes, methods of identification of microbes (staining and biochemical tests), the importance of handwashing and disinfection, and testing for antibiotic susceptibility. The lecture course BIO 3315 must be taken prior to or concurrently with this course. Completion of BIO 3315 and 3315L is equivalent to completion of BIO 3305.
