FA 3900 ART EDUCATION I: THE CHILD
Elementary art education including analytical study of the artistic process, artistic development of children, identification of national and state standards, formulation of lesson plans, teaching procedures for normative and special needs populations, and applications to the edTPA or currently mandated assessment tool. Fall semester/Junior year. Writing emphasis course. Formerly: Introduction to Art Education I. Junior standing and Approved Petition Required
