REC 4800 LEGAL ASPECTS OF RECREATION, SPORT AND EVENT

This course will provide a better understanding of the law with respect to challenges encountered by recreation, sport, and event professionals. The course will cover legal concepts, situations that give rise to lawsuits, and principles of risk management.
