While political science teaches you how governments work, Public Administration teaches you how to work in government. Think of public administration as similar to business management applied to the public, non-profit, or government sectors of the economy. Kean has one of the few undergraduate majors in Public Administration and students are encouraged to complete the MPA program and may utilize the accelerated 5 year program if academically qualified. Public Administration has numbers applications in fields of law, hospital management, and governmental relations.

G.P.A. of 2.0 or higher
Public Administration (combined B.A. & M.P.A.)
G.P.A. of 3.3 or higher
Grade of A or B in all Public Administration courses
